I cannot recommend Tracey enough. I was looking to buy ballroom and latin dresses after taking up dancing again after over 20 years off the dance floor. I had no idea what size and style would suit and booked an appointment with Tracey. She is welcoming and friendly and I felt very comfortable trying on the different dresses. I came away with a beautiful ballroom dress and a latin dress being made to measure with a slight change of design. She was very accommodating. Communication was great through out the process. I am looking forward to wearing the dresses on the competition floor.

I had never bought my own dresses before and was expecting my appointment to mostly be learning what size fitted me and starting to work out what I liked, but Tracey has so many beautiful dresses I ended up walking out with ballroom and latin! So lovely and encouraging and gives great advice with decision making. Also taught us how to stone and do small alterations ourselves and we weren't charged extra for these. Absolutely amazing experience and would definitely buy from Tracey again, will be highly recommending!

I was a first time ballroom/rhythm buyer and found Tracey completely by accident on Facebook. From the first moment on Tracey worked with me to create the dresses of my dreams. She is extremely talented and easy to work with. Always answered my questions. I am in the US. And although we are oceans apart I felt she was right here with me. I can't say enough about her. You will not be disappointed. And I hate to bring up money but if you've tried to buy made to measure dresses in the US you know they run around 5000.00. I was so amazed at how easy Tracey is to deal with, her customer service goes above and beyond, she answers all questions at all times of the day, and she’s very good and skilled at knowing measurements for larger sized dresses! I was very nervous about ordering a dress from the UK for my daughter, as we had a horrible experience from a dress designer in the states, but she made it seem easy and painless, and I can’t believe how quickly the dress came to Canada, it only took a week, and we were able to track the dress the whole time, which was extremely important! When the dress came it fit my daughter beautifully and it wasn’t a custom dress either! She danced in this weekend and she felt amazing in it! I can’t wait to find a Latin gem for my girl, and I will continue to order from Tracey in the future, she’s so easy to deal with!!!

I ordered a dress from Tracey just over a year ago. I wasn’t sure about size, but she put a dress on the mannequin of the same measurements and sent me an email so that I could see. The dress came within the week of my ordering it. It was beautifully made (finishing of seams and fastenings is immaculate) and of high quality materials. I was very pleased with it and I’m very happy to recommend her.
